OGUZ-GABALA-BAKU WATER TRANSMISSION LINE PROJECT / AZERBAIJAN

Construction Time : 24 months (2007 – 2009)
Description of the Project : The work is construction and design of 2000mm diameter GRP water pipeline, water tanks and pressure breaker stations from the area of Oguz water wells up to Baku city

Works in the scope of this project are ;
– Laying 251km DN2000mm GRP pipe,
– 5km DN1400 mm GRP pipe,
– 6.4 million m3 excavation,
– Pipe bottom padding and sheathing fillings jobs,
– Monitoring the production quality of GRP pipes and fittings,
– Directing the excavations by the employer machinery and teams ,
– Making the water test of pipe joints during the pipe laying and before of the entire line is operated,
– Installation of valves and accessories of discharge and suction chambers.
