QUBA CITY WATER INTAKE STRUCTURE/FILTRATION SYSTEM AND DRINKING WATER-SEWERAGE NETWORK CONSTRUCTION / QUBA/AZERBAIJAN

Construction Time : 36 months (November 2011- September 2013)
Description of the Project : In the scope of project which started in 19.09.2013;
266km drinking water line
224km sewer line has been completed.Water is supplied from natural filtration structure built on Qudyal stream and transmittion to newly built concrete water warehouses is provided. Natural filtration structure capacity is designed as 780m3/h and it is implemented.

– 14000m3 capacity water storages
– Constructing scada automation system,
– Construction of chlorination system due to filtration,
– 100liters A / h capacity 4 chlorination pump,
– Engine power 0.18kW ,
– Tank capacity 2000liters,

Fully automatic pressure Culligan HF 6 UF480 filter system and constructing the filter building,
– 300m3/h design flow rate,
– 3000mm filter rate,
– 10.6h filtration rate,
– 1,5bar – 4bars operating pressure .
– Construction of two pumping stations ,
– 4 x 500m3/hr capacity, 25 MSS pump ,
– Construction of the sewer line transmissions from two different points of Qudyal River

In the scope of project in total ;
Supplying the materials of all these manufacturing and making the installations.
